This work introduces a symmetry-constrained, closure-enforced mapping framework within the SEXA Unified Field Theory in which physically admissible configurations are encoded, classified, and projected across a 5D–2880D recursive manifold. The formulation defines a kinetic blueprinting operator that maps admissible configurations into observable structure without asserting material reconstruction. Observable objects are interpreted as minimal admissible projections of higher-dimensional configurations satisfying closure, symmetry, and recursive stability constraints. The framework establishes SEXA as an admissibility and encoding system rather than a generative fabrication model. Configurations failing operator closure or symmetry conditions are rejected under explicit falsifiability criteria. Compatibility with General Relativity and Quantum Field Theory is preserved under reduction limits while extending representation into higher-dimensional regimes.
