This paper extends the RAIDE Atom model (C3) from a single edge node to a distributed 32-node sovereign AI compute network anchored at the Sines Atlantic hub. Renewable energy curtailment at Iberian hydroelectric facilities represents a persistent structural inefficiency: in 2024, the Iberian electricity market (OMIE) recorded 723 hours of zero or negative prices — a >100× increase from near-zero in 2015–2019. Economic Model v2.0 introduces three advances over the canonical model: (i) a stochastic occupancy ramp-up function η(t) calibrated against six independent industry sources, replacing the fixed η = 0.85 assumption; (ii) differentiated C1+C2 capital expenditure by node topography (multipliers 0.85–1.15×, yielding 15.4–18.4 M€/MW); and (iii) discounted cash flow analysis with WACC = 10%, yielding per-node IRR and NPV for five Iberian dams. Monte Carlo simulation (50,000 iterations, three GPU price decline scenarios) confirms payback < 4 years in 84% of iterations. At network maturity (Phase P3, 928 MW IT, 32 nodes), aggregate regime revenue reaches €6,731 M/year under Scenario B (Blackwell B200), with Φ = 23.2× the conventional grid reference. Sines provides Atlantic gateway connectivity to four continents with node-to-New York latency of 42–46 ms, establishing the strategic rationale for a sovereign European AI compute backbone co-located with renewable energy infrastructure.
