Cloud-Based NFC System for Reverse Logistics & Quality Assurance

This research presents a cloud-based system leveraging Near Field Communication (NFC) to enhance reverse logistics and product quality assurance. The project addresses transparency issues in modern commerce by implementing real-time tracking, automated quality inspection, and anti-fraud authentication. Developed using Dart and the MVC architecture, the application integrates Firebase services and REST APIs for seamless data synchronization. Key features include secure tag encryption, offline inspection capabilities, and a live operations dashboard. By incorporating NFC/IoT integration, this system distinguishes itself from existing solutions like Loop and Optoro through its focus on precise quality control and hardware-based tracking.
