This paper applies the Temporal Dynamics Framework to analyse Mersenne primes, revealing dual-state classification through the revised resonance function and Universal Prime resonance. Decoherence frequencies of 70-97% are observed across different prime ranges. All 52 known Mersenne primes are analysed with validation against the OEIS sequence A000043. The Universal Prime resonance function RU provides independent verification of decoherence patterns. All 28 verification tests pass. Paper 4 in the Temporal Dynamics Framework Research Series.
