Currently, in the cultivation of various crops and in solving the problem of increasing the yield of vegetables and other melon crops, the selection of the most active strains of endophytic bacteria and the development of associative complex microbial preparations (inoculants) are of great scientific and practical importance. In this research, 151 endophytic bacterial isolates were isolated and purified from medicinal plants such as sage, fennel, common yarrow and calendula, which are widely grown in local conditions. The isolated isolates were screened for their ability to regulate the growth and development of cucumbers, tomatoes and bell peppers and to assess their antifungal activity against phytopathogens. Local endophytic bacterial isolates (151) were screened for their ability to stimulate the growth and development of vegetables (Cucumis sativus, Solanum lycopersicum, Capsicum annuum) and their activity against phytopathogens (F.oxysporum, F.solani), and 20 (13.2%) isolates were shown to exhibit high biological activity. The results of this study showed that the selected isolates improved the physiological state of the plant and exhibited a high level of antagonism. The antagonistic results of the selected isolates are the basis for the creation of biologically pure fertilizers that can be produced in the future for healthy plant cultivation.
