Abstract

A 70-year-old woman was admitted with obstructive jaundice 18 months after undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy (Lap-C).Computed tomography revealed a common bile duct (CBD) stone with a high-density core, thus raising suspicion of a migrated metallic surgical clip (Picture A).Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)
