This paper is the 15th in a series of studies on the unified pathogenesis of chronic diseases. Based on the previous theory that systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is caused by impaired systemic platelet repair function, this article provides practical and safe rehabilitation guidance for SLE patients. The paper clarifies two core viewpoints: first, hydrogen molecules can penetrate bone tissue to reach the bone marrow, neutralize toxins released by heavy metals, reduce gene mutation, and protect the hematopoietic microenvironment; second, it strictly distinguishes between exogenous inflammatory responses (caused by infection, lifestyle, or irritation) and SLE itself, correcting the common clinical misunderstanding that easily leads to excessive medication. A sequential rehabilitation strategy is proposed: first control inflammation, then regulate the underlying condition of SLE. This set of guidance is non-invasive, safe, and highly operable, helping patients avoid blind treatment and improve long-term disease control.
