Abstract

AbstractThis manuscript formalizes the General Theory of Regulated Stability (GTRS), a scale-invariant framework governing the persistence of complex systems. By deriving the α < 1Variational Principle from non-equilibrium thermodynamics and structural topology, weestablish a mathematical link between quantum vacuum fluctuations, ecological resilience, andneural attractor basins. Central to this theory is the Macrostate Buffer (ΔScrit), which definesthe survival threshold during phase transitions. This Grand Synthesis serves as thefoundational grammar for validating interventions in all regulated systems.
