This paper introduces the Chronon Field Φ(x), a phenomenological scalar field that locally modulates proper time, decoherence, and hadronization dynamics in open charm production in proton-proton collisions. Applied to the baryon-to-meson tension observed in charm data, the model proposes a local temporal correction to standard QCD factorization and fragmentation timescales, leading to testable predictions for charm cross-sections, low-pT spectral distortions, baryon enhancement, and non-Poissonian temporal correlations. The work outlines an implementation framework for event generators and experimental validation strategies using LHC datasets, with specific emphasis on ALICE, CMS, and LHCb observables.
