Resumen

摘要：癌性发热又称肿瘤性发热，是肿瘤本身所引起的一种副肿瘤综合征，指恶性肿瘤患者在排除其他常见发热性疾病的情况下出现的直接与癌症有关的非感染性发热，以及患者在肿瘤发展过程中因治疗而引起的发热。根据桂枝汤及小柴胡汤的病因病机及临床应用，进一步探索柴胡桂枝汤在治疗癌性发热中的临床疗效。文章通过运用中医经方理论，进一步总结分析后世医家及笔者对柴胡桂枝汤的临床应用经验。发现柴胡桂枝汤作为《伤寒论》中的重要方剂，通过“调和阴阳”“甘温除热”，对癌性发热患者发挥着立竿见影的作用。
