This study investigates the influence of psychological flexibility and social capital on psychological wellbeing within an individualistic cultural context (United Kingdom). Using a cross‑sectional survey design (N = 130), participants completed validated measures of psychological flexibility (AAQ‑II), social capital, and wellbeing (ONS4). Multiple linear regression revealed that both predictors significantly explained wellbeing, with psychological flexibility emerging as the strongest predictor. The findings contribute to cross‑cultural wellbeing research and highlight the importance of individual‑level psychological processes.
