Educational institutions struggle to detect risks that affect students' academic success and also affects their trust in the institution’s management .Students are often in the dark or may know about their academic downfalls but they don't acknowledge it,because simply they find it hard to place their trust in the institution. Students think that they are in a pit and unable to get out. Institutions need to reach out to those gloomy students , so that they first need to identify the student at risk through their academic performance and from their grievances. Our system addressed these problems, using Agentic AI which used intelligent agents to (1) predict students at academic risk through predictive analytics , (2) help student by managing their grievances with the help of sentiment analysis, (3) notify faculties about student performance and provide personalized tips through goal-oriented agents to help students improve. The agents have goals on which they work on by planning, treading, reflecting on their outcome and adapting so that they perform better. Agents also collaborate with each other when situations arise. Testing showed fast identification of at-risk students, near accurate grievance classification and proper suggestions to students to improve based on their academic performance. These results showed that with the help of our system ,the institutions would be able to identify student problems better and lead them on a proper road to their academic success. Students would also be able to build up their trust in the institution and will also know that they are valued.
