Abstract This paper documents an independent publishing operation that has produced 558+ titles by a single author across nonfiction books, public-domain translations, academic papers, and digital templates, distributed across seven platforms, with a single human as the bottleneck. The infrastructure is composed of 50 individual workflows organized into nine domains (publishing, AI quality assurance, research, document processing, visual design, templates, distribution, education, meta-workflows). This paper is the architectural overview; the nine companion papers document each domain in depth. The contribution is the demonstration that an independent practitioner without institutional infrastructure can sustain academic and commercial publishing throughput historically associated with small publishing houses. What this deposit contains paper.md — the methodology paper (the citable scholarly artifact) supplementary.zip — bundled working source code for 1 component workflow covered by this paper, each with its own README, Python source, configuration, sample input, CITATION.cff, and LICENSE README.md — entry point CITATION.cff — machine-readable citation LICENSE (MIT for code) and LICENSE-DOCS (CC BY 4.0 for documentation) Production Results Books published: 558 Series: 26 (averaging 6 volumes each) Public-domain translations: 34 complete works (Augustinus, Melville, Austen, Shakespeare, Brontë, Forster, Carroll, Fitzgerald, others) Academic papers on Zenodo: 30+ Digital templates: 100+ across 10 categories Distribution platforms: 7 (Google Play Books, Scribd, Internet Archive, Academia.edu, ResearchGate, OSF, Zenodo) DOIs minted: 60+ Average cycle time per book: 18 days Operator headcount: 1 Languages: Bahasa Indonesia (primary), English, German (translation side projects) Reproducibility All 50 workflows ship as MIT-licensed (code) and CC BY 4.0 (documentation) source. A reader with Python 3.10+, the listed dependencies, and a Zenodo API token can reproduce the entire stack. The stack is the architecture of the operation; whether the output of 558 titles is reproducible depends on the operator, not the tools.
