This theory proposes a shift in the organic substrate of behavioral modulation in cephalized systems, moving from the neuron as an «informational processing» mechanism toward the neuropil as an osmotensive and transductional mechanism under electro-osmotic induction by action potentials. An evolutionary dynamic is formalized between unicellular and multicellular-cephalized behavioral modulation, maintaining cytoplasmic-tissue homeostasis as the modulatory dynamic and integrating the body as a unit of the modulatory field in cephalized systems. From this foundation, a core principle of the theory is established: the Principle of Tensional Transduction (Λ). Through this principle, tensional transduction is formalized — moving from osmodynamics in the neuropil impedance induced by action potentials toward a field of Somatic Body Tension (ST), which represents the magnitude of behavioral modulation. The offset (b) of the aperiodic factor (EEG) is proposed as a proxy for its measurement.
