Restaurants have relied on the same paper menu and verbal order-taking for long time. While this works, it introduces a set of familiar problems — slow service during busy hours, items going out of stock mid-shift without any way to update the menu, and bills that sometimes do not match what was actually ordered. These are not major disasters, but they add up and affect how smoothly a restaurant operates. This system work replaces that setup with a QR code-based digital ordering system. Each table gets a printed QR code. Customer scan’s it, opens the menu on their phone, and places the order directly. No app needs to be downloaded. No staff member needs to stand and wait. The order shows up instantly on the kitchen screen and the admin panel. Payment is handled through UPI, card, or cash. Once confirmed, the system generates a PDF receipt automatically. Behind the scenes, the system also keeps history of every order placed. Over time, this data is used to figure out which items sell well, and to make decesion the menu which is not in demand.
