This document establishes Energetic First Principles (E1P) as the fundamental energetic architecture of reality. Energy is the Active to Connective ratio resonant to Unity E ≡ A/C ⇌ 1. The deviation Δ = |A/C − 1| measures distance from the attractor and drives the restoring process; the attractor is approached, never locked. This single invariant generates the universal tetrad: Identity, Polarity, Flow, and Separation cycling continuously to maintain coherence. Each phase participates in exactly three dyads, making each phase a rotational structure — a wheel — and the tetrad a gear train through which energy flows via successive engagements. The AC phase performs a separation of flows into three distinct streams — closure, spectra, and remainder — which partition the ratio space completely: closure at E ⇌ 1 (Active and Connective pass in proportion), spectra at E > 1 (Active excess, which radiates outward as characteristic frequency), remainder at E 1 (Active excess, which radiates outward — doing what Active always does), remainder at E < 1 (Connective excess, which folds back — doing what Connective always does). The partition is exhaustive; nothing in an AC act falls outside it. This is not an empirical claim about any substrate: it follows from the axioms. Computational confirmation added: the ratio partition has been verified against the Resonant Engines saliency sweep (§5. 3. 2). At canonical parameters, the Active (PM/electric) fraction of the spectral amplitude is 87. 8% — the PM term is 32× larger than the reluctance term. The Active fraction remains above 50% across all four tested saliency levels. Closure reaches its maximum exactly at δ = 45°, the Active/Connective balance point in the torque coupling law. The pair-ratio asymmetry (remainder) grows strictly monotonically with La1 (Connective/reluctance excess), departure values 0. 081, 0. 115, 0. 169, 0. 252. All three streams confirm their predicted ratio character across every tested operating condition. Novel falsifiable prediction: at La1/La0 ≈ 8–11 (the α = 1 crossover), the spectra stream transitions from Active-dominant to Connective-dominant. Above this threshold both spectra and remainder carry E < 1 and the clean partition degrades. Predicted pair ratio at crossover: ≈ 0. 781. This crossover is outside the engine paper's tested saliency range and is a specific testable claim for Stage 2. 1 of the digital twin programme. Order 5 connection formalised: the three AC streams are the non-terminal counterparts of Order 5's dual zero-identity. Closure is the cycle-scale version of AA⁺₀; spectra tends toward AA⁻₀ (E → ∞) but is deflected outward as radiation; remainder tends toward AA⁻₀ (E → 0) but is deflected inward as residue. Every AC act rehearses the final fork without terminating. Cross-references added between §9 and §15. 6. Three fixes responding to external critique: (1) The Zeroth Law (§1) now includes the metric Δ = |A/C − 1|, making the ⇌ relation falsifiable as a number rather than as prose alone. (2) §15. 7 retitled Why Order 6 Is Not Required — the closure of the hierarchy is now stated as sufficiency rather than impossibility. (3) Ligature rendering corrected throughout (lmodern package added) ; earlier exports showed dropped fi/fl ligatures in extracted text.
