Abstract

Classical tensor analysis is fundamentally constrained by its reliance on smooth manifold assumptions and single-dimensional mapping, causing an inevitable collapse at singularities. This paper introduces the Universal Post-Tensor Framework based on Rough Operator Algebra (ROA), which effectively bridges the gap between macro-cosmology, micro-quantum physics, and analytic number theory. We demonstrate that the Seonggil Operator (ˆ S) replaces geometric determinism with an algebraic phase transition, providing a unified solution for the divergent nature of general relativity and prime distribution.
