This paper is part of a coherent research program developing an informationally emergent physical framework. P11 addresses the consistency between the emergent quantum dynamics derived in the coherent sector and the irreversible, non-unitary descriptions arising from coarse-graining and information loss. The paper demonstrates that the effective Schrödinger dynamics remains compatible with irreversible formulations when restricted to the appropriate physical regimes. The analysis clarifies how unitary quantum evolution and irreversible descriptions coexist without contradiction within the framework, resolving apparent tensions between coherent quantum behavior and dissipative dynamics. This result closes a key conceptual loop and ensures the internal consistency of the emergent quantum picture developed throughout the preceding papers. While this paper can be read independently, its full significance becomes clear only within the complete sequence of papers (P00–P32).
