Deliverable D 3.1 presents the design of the ACHIEVE self-standing learning modules, grounded in a comprehensive market needs analysis addressing current and emerging skill demands in Cloud Computing, Networking Infrastructure, and High-Performance Computing (HPC). The analysis combines qualitative inputs from industry and practitioner surveys with quantitative patent-based analysis to capture both immediate labour market requirements and forward-looking technological trends, with particular attention to areas characterised by rapid innovation and skills uncertainty. The present deliverable draws on this evidence in order to define a structured and modular curriculum framework targeting professionals, job seekers, career changers, and lifelong learners seeking up-skilling and re-skilling opportunities. The proposed self-standing modules are designed to be flexible, stackable, and aligned with European skills frameworks, enabling scalable training pathways that complement the ACHIEVE master’s programme while remaining accessible to a broader audience beyond traditional higher education. The deliverable further outlines the initial design of certification schemes associated with the self-standing modules, detailing their structure, target audiences, learning outcomes, and assessment approaches. These certifications aim to provide recognisable and market-relevant credentials that support employability, professional mobility, and lifelong learning. Overall, Deliverable D3.1 contributes to SO1 – Addressing skill needs, by translating robust market intelligence into industry-aligned learning content and certification pathways that strengthen Europe’s advanced digital skillsecosystem.
